CCR 4 - Reflection

Now that I am finished with my last CCR, I found that this one was one of the easiest to complete because it only required a PowerPoint and a voice‑over. I was able to work in a system I am already comfortable with, while still importing a Canva‑style theme to give the presentation a more polished and modern design than the standard PowerPoint templates.

For the recording process, I used PowerPoint’s Cameo feature to record my video and audio directly inside the slides, rather than importing separate clips into Adobe Premiere Pro. This made the workflow much simpler and kept everything in one place. It also helped me practice exporting the presentation as a video and showed me how important it is to use the desktop version of PowerPoint for proper exporting.

The only major challenge I faced was with my computer’s microphone. It was not picking up my voice at first, so I had to troubleshoot the audio settings and test different configurations before recording. This added extra time to the pre‑filming stage, but once it was fixed, the rest of the process went smoothly.
